Aqualogis AL-914Ultra compatible with Siemens Ultraclarity 644845, 11028820 Fridge Water Filter

If your fridge has an internal cartridge (i.e. one that fits inside the fridge itself) which mounts horizontally, then this cartridge should be the correct replacement for you. The head (the top part of the cartridge) has a fairly unique 'wave' on its keyway, which can also be used to identify this filter as shown in the image below.

This cartridge is a regular taste and odour reduction filter, which uses activated carbon to remove chlorine and dissolved organics from the water. Like most fridge filters it will also reduce sediment, which helps ensure the inner workings of the fridge (particularly small solenoid valves on dispensers) are kept free and unblocked.

This cartridge should fit all Siemens  KAD62, KA62 and K59 models, however, please check the notes above before purchasing to confirm this is the correct model for your fridge.

Instructions for Installation :

• Please always refer to the suppliers installation manual Change the filter every 6 months Connect to cold water only
• Close the inlet tap of teh water supply
• Push the button and open the top of the filter
• Turn the cartridge one quarter trun anticlockwise and take out
• Remove the protective cap, insert the new cartridge and turn it clockwise until it locks
• Put the protective cap back on
• Open the water inlet of the water supply
• Clean the system for 5 minutes
• To reactivate the function « filter change »
