Please read the booking terms and conditions carefully, as they are the sole terms and conditions of the contract between you (Customer) and the tour organiser (Helsinki Tour) and the relevant service providers of the transport.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Price<\/h2>

We do not charge any additional booking fees on top of the price shown on our site. We reserve the right to change or amend prices shown on our site at any time before or after you have booked.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Booking and confirmation<\/h2>

We confirm bookings by email to the email address provided by the Customer. The booking is binding upon both Helsinki Tour and the Customer, as Helsinki Tour has confirmed the booking and the Customer paid the agreed fee for the booking.<\/p>\n

When the customer books our service through one of our distribution partners, all the booking confirmations and cancellation issues will be handled through our distribution partner.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Changes and cancellation<\/h2>

If you need to make change to the date of your booking, please send your request to booking@helsinkitour.fi<\/a>. We cannot guarantee you will be able to change to the date you request as we may not have free seats or a tour running on that date.<\/p>\n

*Please check your booking details carefully to ensure that any other independent travel arrangements coincide with the dates you have booked with us.<\/p>\n

If you decide to cancel your confirmed bookings, all cancellations shall be made in writing to us by e\u2013mailing booking@helsinkitour.fi<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Cancellation policy<\/h2>

Cancellation policies are different between the travel products, please check the cancellation policy on the products page.<\/p>\n

Cancellation cut-off times are based on the local time of Helsinki, Finland.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Package travel regulations<\/h2>

The city sightseeing-related services that Helsinki Tour provides are not package travel\/package tours according to package travel regulations and the Finnish competition and consumer authority (KKV).<\/p>\n

The only exception is when the customer books the package tour that consists of accommodations and flights or accommodations and other travel services. In the case of package travel, the traveller is protected under general package tour terms and conditions from the moment of purchase until the end of the journey.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Helsinki Tour\u2019s responsibilities<\/h2>

Helsinki Tour and our partners accept no responsibility for any acts of war, government restraints, weather conditions, terrorism and any other force majeure. When circumstances occur beyond Helsinki Tour and our partners\u2019 control, we will notify you of a change to your arrangement or that we cannot fulfill your arrangements, but no compensation for any kind of responsibility will be made by Helsinki Tour and our partners.<\/p>\n

The liabilities of Helsinki Tour shall be limited to the price paid for the booked arrangements.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Customer\u2019s responsibilities<\/h2>

It is a condition of our contract that you and all members of your party have suitable and sufficient travel insurance to cover your journey, as neither Helsinki Tour nor our partners can be held responsible for any liability, expenses or losses you incur as a result of being inadequately insured. We strongly recommend that at the time of booking a comprehensive travel insurance policy is purchased.<\/p>\n

It is the customer\u2019s responsibility to check with the appropriate authorities about any visa and immigration requirements. Helsinki Tour does not accept any responsibility in the case of customer travels without the correct passport, visa, health insurance or any other immigration requirements.<\/p>\n

It is the customer\u2019s responsibility to print out a booking confirmation and present it with valid photo identification to our service partner. It is the customer\u2019s responsibility to be at the assembly point at the agreed-upon time (the time the event starts or the departure time of our sightseeing bus).<\/p>\n

The customer is responsible for his or her own personal safety and the safety of any accompanying people dependent upon the customer. The customer is also responsible for the safety of her or his own belongings.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Complaints<\/h2>

If you have any complaints during our trip, they must be brought to the attention of the staff immediately. Helsinki Tour must be notified of complaints as early as possible. If the complaint is accompanied by a claim for a refund, the written claim must be send to Helsinki Tour (feedback@helsinkitour.fi) within one month of the relevant event. Please note that the compensation liability is limited to the direct cost of the tour or service.<\/p>\n

If the customer and Helsinki Tour fail to reach any agreement about the dispute, only the related Finnish laws will be used to solve the dispute, and the dispute will be handled only in a Finnish court.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Privacy policy<\/h2>

Helsinki Tour understands and respects the importance of the privacy of visitors to our website. All personal data that we collect are used and held to comply with the Personal Data Act. Before you use our website, please read our method of handling personal data. Please note that, by using our website and booking our service, you confirm the agreement of this privacy policy. This privacy policy should be read in conjunction with the privacy policy of our distribution partners. Helsinki Tour is not responsible for the content of privacy policies of other websites perhaps linked to this one.<\/p>\n<\/div>

We obtain personal information when you make a reservation request on our website, by email or by phone call. We only collect the personal information you provide to us. Please note that, if you do not provide your personal information, we may not be able to process your booking.<\/p>\n<\/div>

We use your personal information to answer your questions related to our services, to confirm your bookings and to ensure you receive a correct invoice. Your booking information will be shared with our service partners (guides, transportation operators) who are involved in providing the service you have booked, when necessary. We do not share any of your personal information with third parties that are not involved in providing the services you have booked from us. Data may also be used to collect your opinions of and experience with the service and to provide users with improved services.<\/p>\n
