Shipping All goods purchased will be shipped by Royal Mails 48 service unless otherwise stated (or requested) All goods will be shipped within 48hrs of purchase. (excluding bank holidays-weekends-holidays etc) and should arrive within 2-5 working days. Please allow up to 6 working days for your order to arrive before contacting us on sales@aqualogis.co.uk .
We reserve the right to send some orders via DPD, Parcelforce, GLS depending on the quantity and value of an order, as this insures Aqua-Woda Systems Ltd. and the customer against loss or damage.

Returns

Cancellation and returns. You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after the date of delivery. You must notify us by phone or email of your intention to cancel within this time. Should you wish to return or exchange any item you will need to contact us first at sales@aqualogis.co.uk as soon as possible.

Non-returnable items. Items not returned in the condition they were received. Items that have obvious signs of use. Items that are returned more than 14 days after returns authorisation. Items that you received more than 14 days ago.

Returns Authorisation No returns will be accepted without prior authorisation. Items without a returns authorisation cannot be accepted and may be disposed of. Once a return authorisation is issued the goods must be received by our returns department within 14 days. We are unable to accept returned items after this time. Damaged Items If you received a faulty or damaged item please contact us on 02036424206 or by email at sales@aqualogis.co.uk We will arrange a returns authorisation and either a replacement part or full refund once the goods have been received and inspected. If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please notify us when applying for a returns authorisation. Please note that it takes us 3 to 6 business days to process returns once they arrive at our office. If a refund is required, this will be applied to the same form of payment originally used for the purchase within 3 to 6 business days of our returns department receiving your item/s.

How refunds are calculated. Full refund of the cost of the goods is wholly conditional upon the above conditions being met and the refund authorised. Our Returns department will fully inspect the goods to check for completeness and correct product return before authorising a refund.

Unwanted goods received back complete, as new, unused, in original box and packaging including all accessories (gift vouchers, free gifts if any) and in a re-saleable condition: You will be refunded the full invoice amount less cost of delivery.

Goods received back in damaged or otherwise not re-saleable condition: We are unable to accept this back under the above terms and you will need to arrange for the goods to be re-delivered at your own cost.

Please note: if a part is ordered incorrectly or you change your mind after the item has been dispatched, a re-stocking fee of 20% plus postage may be deducted from any refund issued. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Where to send your returns Once your return has been authorised by us, we will notify you of the address to return them. Do not return goods without calling or e-mailing us as they cannot be accepted and may be disposed of. You can contact us using the email address below. Payment by Credit, Debit Card or PayPal

Aqua-Woda Systems Ltd currently accepts PayPal and sage pay and the following credit and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard.

When making payment for your order by credit card, you authorise Aqua-Woda Systems Ltd to debit your credit card immediately after you submit your order. If you do not have the necessary funds on your card, the payment will be rejected. If this happens, you should contact your bank to resolve the issue, or make payment to Aqua-Woda Systems Ltd using an alternative payment method.

Credit card payments through the E-Store are encrypted: Aqua-Woda Systems Ltd does not store any credit card data

Aqua-Woda Systems Ltd uses a secure payments system in relation to transactions conducted through the Website. Aqua-Woda Systems Ltd does not store or retain any credit card data.

Payment data is processed directly by an external, bank-certified data centre. This solution supports all security standards current at the time of publication of these GTCs.
