Pentek PS5 Sediment Water Filter Cartridge<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

The P5 filter is a 5 micron extra-fine sediment water filter cartridge made of spun bonded-polypropylene.This filter model fits most under-sink water systems and reverse osmosis housings that require 9 3\/4 inches x 2 7\/8 inches or 10 inch carbon filters including, but not limited to:<\/span><\/p>\n

Pentek P5 water filters reduce extra-fine dirt, sand, sediment, silt, rust particles, and scale particles.<\/span><\/p>\n

Filter model PS5 water filter is resistant to chemicals and corrosion is designed for purity, <\/span><\/p>\n

bacteria resistance, <\/span><\/p>\n

chemical resistance, <\/span><\/p>\n

manufactured from pure 100% polypropylene. <\/span><\/p>\n

Pentek spun fibers form a true gradient density from outer to inner surfaces, filter will not impart taste, odor or color to the liquid being filtered when used within the recommended temperature limit.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Pentek water filters can be used on chlorinated or non-chlorinated water supplies. The coreless strength of the Pentek PS5-10 water filter cartridge is achieved by sintering the many fibers into a solid matrix. Pentek P5 water filter cartridges fit in whole house water filter systems and reverse osmosis systems.<\/span><\/p>\n
