The language of our tours is English. However, it is possible to book a private tour with us in your own language.

You can choose the tour you want to take, choose the date and departure slot. Choose the number of travellers and press “book”. Fill in the required information in the booking form and make the payment online. You will receive a confirmation email. If you did not get a conformation email within 2 hours, please contact us by booking@helsinitour.fi or through WhatsApp chat.

If you need to make a change to the date of your booking, please send your request to booking@helsinkitour.fi. We cannot guarantee you will be able to change to the date you request as we may not have free seats or a tour running on that date, but we will try our best to reschedule your tour date.

Yes, you can cancel your booking, and the cancellation fee will be charged according to our cancellation policy under the product.

Please bring the confirmation email or e-tickets with you. For the tours taking place outside of Finland, like Tallinn day tour, you will need to bring your passport with you. It is recommended that you have a travel insurance because in the very unlikely event of an accident the health care costs may be high.

We recommend you wear comfortable clothes and shoes. Even during the summer, the weather may change rapidly. Therefore, it is good to bring a light coat or a cardigan just in case. During winter time, warm winter clothes with scarf and hat is recommended as the temperature can be as low as -35 Celsius degrees.

Your guide will meet you at the meeting point stated on your tickets during the pick-up time. Please be in the meeting point few minutes before the meeting time. You don’t need to sign a long-term contract, but we expect regular clients to be with us for at least four months to benefit from regular-client prices.
