- Operates in all weather conditions, please dress appropriately
- Children must be accompanied by an adult
- Minimum passenger requirement applies. There is a possibility of cancellation or rescheduling if there are not enough passengers to meet requirements. In the event of cancellation due to passenger requirement, you will be refunded fully.
What do I need to bring?
- Please make sure your phone is ON during the tour day.
- Printed booking confirmation and e-tickets both are accepted.
- We recommend you wear comfortable clothes and shoes.
- In the summer, the weather may change rapidly. It is good to bring a light coat or a cardigan and an umbrella just in case.
- In winter time, warm winter clothes with scarf and hat is recommended as the temperature can be as low as -35 Celsius degrees.
- It is recommended that you have a travel insurance because in the very unlikely event of an accident the health care costs may be high.
Cancellation policy
- We will charge a cancellation fee of 100% if booking is cancelled 2 days or less before event
- We will charge a cancellation fee of 50% if booking is cancelled 6 days or less before event
- We will charge a cancellation fee of 0% if booking is cancelled 7 days or less before event
